Watch Morning TV's Charmingly Dorky 'Get It Right' Video

More

Bright dream-pop, synonymously summer vibes and some seriously bold, freeform dance moves clash with the thick carpet and beige decorating of a deceased estate in the visual for the latest single from Sydney's Morning TV, "Get It Right."

Guitarist Tim Cummings trades in his axe for some lightweight loathers, starring as the interpretive dance star of the clip, joyously frolicking around the post-war residence as he mimes along with the hazy vocals. Between his deadpan, sexy glances and darts around washing-line blouses, the scenes take an equal measure of the song's two sides - optimism and nostalgia.

"We wanted a fun reflection of the son," the band explain of the clip, adding that they "all like having a dance as a band so we've always wanted to make a funny popstar dance vid."

"Get It Right" features on the quartet's second EP, Sun, released in late-September. They take their new material on the road next month; full run of dates below.
