Adding to the initial line-up confirmed back in July — led by The National, City and Colour, UB40 and Joe Bonamassa — today Bluesfest have today announced a whole host of new artists for their 2016 festival.
Legendary Welsh crooner Tom Jones heads up the latest additions, alongside Oasis' Noel Gallagher and his High Flying Birds ensemble and the new father/son band from Wilco's Jeff Tweedy. As a special treat, iconic reggae outfit, The Wailers, will also perform one of their classic albums on each of the four nights of the festival.
The complete second line-up:
Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds
Steve Earle & The Dukes
Nahko and the Medicine for the People
Organisers have also promised "more to come" closer to the festival date (March 24-28). Tickets available now via the festival website.
